Your First Visit

Goal is determine specific diagnosis and path to recovery

Once you make your first appointment, either online or buy calling/texting the office, an intake form will be emailed to you, and that information is vital to providing you the best care possible.

On your first visit, a few things to consider:

~wear comfortable clothes that allow full movement of your injured area (think workout clothes)

~bring copies of medications and any x-rays, MRI's that you have done

~we want to get things right up front, so you will be here about 45 minutes to one hour on your first visit

Our focus on this first treatment is to diagnose your condition and communicate a solution to you.

Your First Treatment

What to expect

Treatment may feel mildly uncomfortable at times, but most patients describe it as a “good soreness” and often notice the tissue beginning to relax or release. Some temporary tenderness may occur for a few hours afterward. This is generally mild and resolves quickly; we will provide specific aftercare instructions if needed. Many patients notice improved mobility and leave the office moving and feeling better.
